Created from our studio in Cheshire, our bespoke 1st Father's Day as a Grandad ceramic hearts are personalised with the Grandchild's name. Please specify the name required (e.g. Grandad) in the personalisation box along with the name of the Grandson or Granddaughter. You can also specify the colour of heart at the bottom of the decoration (blue, pink or red)
These make lovely alternatives to a card. The heart measure approximately 7cm in diameter and is finished with a white ribbon and supplied in an organza bag.
